The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee, loves working as part of a great team, and wants to develop their career in the industry. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for our Allpress community, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with our Roastery team to provide high-level customer support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
