About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping small and medium-sized businesses build high-performing, human-centric workplaces.

Your primary responsibility will be to support business owners in developing their people, focusing on strategic HR, recruitment, learning and development, compliance, and transformation. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on common workplace issues such as underperformance, misconduct, absenteeism, redundancies, employee conflict, and terminations.
  • Attending client meetings and supporting managers through complex people decisions.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR systems and compliance, including policies, contracts, and audits.
  • Leading HR project work across various solutions, such as performance improvement and feedback initiatives.
  • Managing client relationships to gain a deeper understanding of their business needs and educating them on best HR practices.
  • Developing coaching skills to support clients, presenting confidently, and managing relationships effectively.
  • Contributing to internal knowledge development and mentoring junior HR staff over time.
