
People Centric Talent Manager

The role is responsible for delivering people-centric initiatives and services across talent and capability, people operations, wellbeing and safety, policy, and workplace relations. These initiatives include but are not limited to coordinating recruitment activities and learning development deliverables to support the delivery of talent and capability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all recruitment activities including advertising job openings, managing applications, conducting interviews and making job offers
- Provide general advice and guidance on HR matters where required
- Support the coordination and administration of learning and development programs
- Prepare weekly reports and reconcile workforce data to ensure that the organisation has accurate information about its employees
- You will need relevant experience in recruitment and human resources administration
- You will need to be able to navigate complex processes and procedures while delivering people-centric outcomes
- You will need high-level interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
- You will need to be able to work under pressure and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
