Workplace Experience Specialist

Aurecon seeks an innovative and customer-focused Workplace Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, Australia.
This pivotal role involves creating a welcoming environment that exceeds client and employee expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate client and visitor needs, responding promptly to requests and taking initiative to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
- Collaborate with the Workplace Lead to coordinate events and activations through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Provide assistance to staff, clients, and visitors with practical requirements such as security passes, Wi-Fi access etc.
- Seek ways to continuously broaden the offering to improve client and employee experience
- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors to develop and maintain strong relationships with the aim of modeling excellent experience delivery for the business
- Support the team with facility-related queries, contractor coordination, and maintenance items as requested

- Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
