We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead Culinary Expert to spearhead our vibrant kitchen team on Hamilton Island.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain impeccable food safety standards and preserve culinary creativity.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to evolve and elevate our culinary offerings, focusing on flavour, quality, consistency, and presentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident leader and creative culinary professional with a flair for bold flavours and a passion for team leadership.
  • Experience with Asian Hawker-style cuisine is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible, positive, and reliable attitude, along with impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
