Executive Chef Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess creative and innovative ideas to drive menu development and improve operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be working closely with our Executive Sous Chef and Outlets Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all areas of the hotel. You will be expected to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene, while also contributing to the overall success of the hotel's dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and dishes that meet customer expectations and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Sous Chef and Outlets Manager to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel's dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success as a senior chef or equivalent role in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Creative and innovative ideas to drive menu development and improve operational efficiency.
