We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. This role will involve creating innovative and fresh menus for corporate and private clients at various venues across Brisbane.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Menu Creation: Assist in the preparation of menu items for events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless food delivery, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Event Catering: Provide exceptional catering experiences onsite at events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, showcasing culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Health, Safety, and Security: Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Kitchen Efficiency: Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality control of our kitchen, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Australian Open Driver's Licence: Hold a valid Australian Open Driver's Licence.
  • Culinary Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end catering, dining restaurants, hotels, functions, or events.
  • Food Hygiene Training: Have completed food hygiene training and hold relevant accreditation.
  • Innovative Cuisine: Showcase a passion for innovative, visually appealing cuisine, able to prepare a range of culinary styles and cuisines suited for various event types.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, be hardworking and hospitable towards staff and guests, and exhibit a positive attitude under pressure.
