We are seeking a highly skilled Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Queensland, Australia.

This role will play a critical part in day-to-day field Operations, supporting our Field HR Business Partner to ensure processes and initiatives are effectively in place to accelerate business performance.

Job Description

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR generalist support, administration, and policy advice to employees;
  • Being the first point of contact for Area managers in Employee Relations matters and supporting HRBPs in high-level investigations;
  • Coordinating field travel arrangements, working closely with the Training Team for Inductions and Onboarding;
  • Supporting Field management in following up on probationary and performance reviews, licence updates for health care professionals, and other relevant documents;
  • Collaborating with Sales teams to support day-to-day activities from HR;
  • Facilitating HR communications and reporting, drafting presentations for monthly meetings;
  • Proactively engaging with Field Management to assess organisational capabilities and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address identified gaps;
  • Ensuring execution and adherence to Amplifon HR principles, practices, and policies;
  • Supporting the development and/or updating of forms, templates, auditing, and maintaining workforce planning for the field team;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies;
  • At least 2 years of Australian work experience;
  • Employee Relations experience is an advantage;
