As a Retail Trainer, you will join our makemorepossible team and report to the CA Training Lead. Your key responsibilities include delivering CA coaching programs, ensuring best practices in customer service, monitoring and evaluating training delivered, preparing training plans, and developing training modules.

You will have a passion for training and service excellence, be confident in public speaking, and possess knowledge of MS Office Suite. Ability to travel interstate and hold a driver's license is also required.
