Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching programs to enhance customer service skills.
- Maintain best practices in customer service across all clinics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training outcomes.
- Create tailored training plans for identified areas of improvement.
- Promote learning through various methods, including e-learning, online sessions, and face-to-face interactions.
- Conduct comprehensive induction programs for new team members.
- Administer on-the-job training and develop updated training modules.
Requirements:
- Completion of year 12 or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for training and customer service excellence.
- Confidence in public speaking and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel interstate and hold a valid driver's license.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven individual.

- A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
