Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality coaching programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Maintain best practices in customer service across all clinics.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training outcomes.
  • Create tailored training plans for identified areas of improvement.
  • Promote learning through various methods, including e-learning, online sessions, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive induction programs for new team members.
  • Administer on-the-job training and develop updated training modules.

Requirements:

  • Completion of year 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for training and customer service excellence.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel interstate and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven individual.
