Role Description:
\This role involves driving field sales operations, ensuring strong retail execution, and expanding our presence in supermarkets, IGA stores, and multi-site operator accounts.
\As a Territory Manager x2, you will be responsible for your own territory, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging data to make informed decisions with efficiency and confidence.

\Responsibilities:
\- Growth and Expansion: Drive field sales operations and ensure strong retail execution, expanding our presence in supermarkets, IGA stores, and multi-site operator accounts.
- Territory Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging data to make informed decisions with efficiency and confidence.
- Network and Collaborate: Network and collaborate with stakeholders within the field sales team, support office, and broader business.
- Support WHS Initiatives: Support WHS safety initiatives alongside the NFSM and WHS Champion Team.
Requirements:
\- FMCG Experience: Essential for consideration.
- Territory Management or Sales Representative Experience: Proven track record of consistently exceeding company objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present professionally.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement state-related action items.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Teams (particularly Excel) and CRM systems.
- Able to Work Independently: Ability to make independent decisions and resolve issues effectively.
- Valid Queensland Driver's License: Essential for the role.
