The Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a clinical or sales background in ophthalmology to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical support to surgeons and theatre staff, ensuring optimal use of ophthalmic products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive profitability and market growth.
  • Manage product samples and consignment inventory.
  • Deliver solution-based best practices to the sales team.
  • Build relationships with key accounts and potential customers to increase awareness and adoption of products.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Expertise in surgical, glaucoma, and cataract surgery.
  • Ability to thrive in a surgical sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
