Job Title:

A key member of our technical support team is sought to administer and maintain our corporate systems, procure IT hardware and software, and ensure compliance with established cyber security frameworks.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, managing security settings, implementing compliance policies, and monitoring sensitive networks to ensure performance, security, and uptime.

You will also oversee the secure facility housing our sensitive networks and work with external vendors to maintain and support these environments.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services.
  • Manage security settings, including MFA, conditional access, and threat protection.
  • Implement compliance policies, including DLP and data retention across Microsoft 365.
  • Monitor sensitive networks to ensure performance, security, and uptime.
  • Oversee physical and environmental security of the facility hosting sensitive IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with established cyber security frameworks.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage IT service requests and incidents via an internal ticketing system.
  • Procure IT hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for delivery and support.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and system upgrades with internal teams and external providers.
