
Director of Customer Experience

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead exceptional customer experiences and drive service excellence across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of senior leadership experience in customer operations or service delivery, deep expertise in superannuation legislation and administration services, and proven ability to lead transformation and deliver value-added services.

- Develop and execute a customer-centric service strategy aligned with business objectives
- BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS across the organization to drive innovation and alignment
- Champion CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT and embed best practices across service delivery
