Job Title
We are seeking an Experience Director to join our team. This entry-level management position involves supervising a team of Visual Merchandising Assistants, creating compelling visual displays, and understanding retail trends and customer engagement strategies.
About the Role
- Develop strategic marketing approaches that promote the company image visually.
- Celebrate team success and ensure an engaged and productive team environment.
- Lead teams within stores and engage with stakeholders across the wider business to champion and coordinate stock distribution that drives customer engagement.
- Support line managers by executing marketing strategies, creating displays and merchandise presentations while working across various departments and stakeholders.
