Customer Success Director

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to lead our customer success programs. This role will be responsible for developing and executing tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution of business strategies
  • Manage and deliver customer success programs from strategy development to implementation and ongoing relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Drive business growth through data-driven insights and improve customer outcomes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a cloud-based software industry
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering customer success programs
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Proven track record of using data-driven insights to drive business decisions and improve customer outcomes
