Customer Service Representative

Customer Service RoleWe are seeking a customer service professional to join our team at the Rooty Hill RSL Club. As a Concierge Staff member, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting members and guests, providing key information and direction, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
This role involves ensuring accurate legislative processes are performed when allowing people entry into the venue, including RSA. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and presentation skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide information on events, activities, and services occurring at West HQ
- Learn about products and services available across the business and use a computer well
- Work effectively in peak periods and quieter periods
- Hold RSA and RCG certifications (or be willing to obtain one)
- Be available to work nights, weekends, and day shifts
