Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to our members and visitors.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
  • Attend to café orders and provide a high level of service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • General knowledge of the sport and recreational industry is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Ability to multitask with precision and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reception and administration experience is a must.
  • Barista/café experience is desirable.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
  • Ability to quickly learn about the precinct and the classes we have on offer.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
  • Full Australian work rights are required.
