Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to all clients and visitors.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
  • Café Operations: Assist with café operations, including taking orders and serving customers.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a 7-day roster, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
