  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team members to achieve our customer service goals and objectives.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to our clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Full Australian Work Rights: Must have full Australian work rights and be eligible to work in Australia.
