Strata Management Assistant

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a skilled and organized Strata Management Assistant to join their successful team in the CBD area.
About the Role:
- This is an amazing opportunity for someone with Real Estate or Strata experience, or those who are willing to learn and grow within the industry.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong administration skills.
- They will be responsible for supporting a Senior Strata Manager, including being the first point of contact for Executive Committees, Owners, and Tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Aarranging quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
- Issuing Keys to contractors, owners & tenants
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration OR willingness to obtain
- Well-versed with StrataMaster (a plus but not essential)
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
