Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a skilled and organized Strata Management Assistant to join their successful team in the CBD area.

About the Role:

  • This is an amazing opportunity for someone with Real Estate or Strata experience, or those who are willing to learn and grow within the industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong administration skills.
  • They will be responsible for supporting a Senior Strata Manager, including being the first point of contact for Executive Committees, Owners, and Tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
  • Aarranging quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
  • Issuing Keys to contractors, owners & tenants

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Registration OR willingness to obtain
  • Well-versed with StrataMaster (a plus but not essential)
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
