About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of 50 buildings, liaising with strata owners, committee members, and real estate agents, and preparing budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small portfolio of 50 buildings, ensuring timely and comprehensive responses to telephone enquiries and email correspondence.
  • Liaise with strata owners, committee members, and real estate agents to provide second-to-none strata management services.
  • Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes, and attend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM).
  • Issue work orders and quotes, and draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply.
  • Assist with the management of junior staff members.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with previous Strata Management experience, strong technical ability in strata, and the ability to work in a collaborative culture. You should be a North Shore & Northern Beaches local, with a strong understanding of the local strata market.
