Joining our Service & Aftermarket team in Mackay, you will work as a PCV Service Engineer, blending hands-on technical expertise with customer engagement. This role helps mining operations maximize their pumps, cyclones, and valves.

  • Be the primary on-site technical resource for PCV products.

  • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships.

  • Conduct proactive equipment inspections and audits.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and share leads with the sales team.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize PCV performance to minimize downtime.

  • Support pump, cyclone, and valve conversions by highlighting technical benefits.

  • Record site activities, inspections, and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Prepare structured technical reports and share insights with sales colleagues.

Requirements

  • A technical or trade qualification in mechanical, process, or related engineering field.

  • Hands-on experience with pumps, cyclones, or valves in a mining or heavy industry environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
