Improve Mining Performance with Hands-on Technical Expertise

We enable our mining customers to improve performance, reduce costs and operate more sustainably. As a leader in providing equipment, engineering and service solutions, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, helping mining operations optimize their use of pumps, cyclones and valves. You will provide advanced site support, troubleshoot complex issues and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary on-site technical resource for PCV products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct proactive equipment inspections and audits.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and share leads with sales teams.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize PCV performance to minimize downtime.
  • Support conversions by showcasing technical benefits.
  • Record site activities, inspections and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Prepare structured reports and share insights with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Technical or trade qualification in mechanical, process or related engineering field.
  • Hands-on experience with pumps, cyclones or valves in a mining or heavy industry environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
  • Proactive mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
