Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced site support for PCV products to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Benchmark and maintain high levels of pump efficiency, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify opportunities to improve PCV operations and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze equipment data to optimize PCV performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote pump conversions by highlighting their technical benefits and applications.
  • Record site activities, inspections, and opportunities in the CRM system for seamless tracking and analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports to inform sales colleagues and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in mechanical or process engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with pumps, cyclones, or valves in a mining or heavy industry environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to distill technical concepts into clear, concise language for various audiences.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with independent work while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
