Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary on-site technical resource for PCV products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting proactive equipment inspections and audits, identifying improvement opportunities, troubleshooting and optimizing PCV performance to minimize downtime, supporting pump, cyclone, and valve conversions, recording site activities in the CRM system, and preparing structured technical reports.

  • Acting as the primary on-site technical resource for PCV products
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based customer relationships
  • Conducting proactive equipment inspections and audits
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and providing leads to the sales team
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing PCV performance to minimize downtime
  • Supporting pump, cyclone, and valve conversions by showcasing technical benefits
  • Recording site activities and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Preparing structured technical reports and sharing insights with sales colleagues
