Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary on-site technical resource for PCV products, ensuring seamless support and optimization.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through proactive engagement and effective communication.

  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth by identifying opportunities and providing expert advice.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize PCV performance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

  • Support equipment conversions by highlighting technical benefits and promoting best practices.

  • Document site activities, inspections, and opportunities in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.

  • Prepare structured technical reports and share valuable insights with colleagues to inform strategic decisions.

The Skills You Need to Succeed

  • A recognized qualification in mechanical, process, or related engineering fields.

  • Hands-on experience working with pumps, cyclones, or valves in a mining or heavy industry environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset, combined with exceptional relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
