We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the strategic transformation of our lending portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, performance, and customer value by designing and delivering initiatives that elevate our lending offerings. You will be responsible for balancing customer needs, competitive edge, and regulatory alignment while championing efficiency and quality across lending operations.

Key responsibilities include shaping pricing across lending products, staying agile in a dynamic landscape, and ensuring seamless product delivery and operational cohesion. Additionally, you will utilize data-driven insights to track KPIs, enhance customer outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

About this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within banking or financial services with a passion for lending innovation.
  • Deep understanding of lending and deposit product frameworks, performance metrics, and risk management.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
  • Skilled in leveraging analytics to refine operations and deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of retail banking products and operational requirements.
  • Product development experience in addressing key customer/member needs through product and portfolio enhancement and new development.
  • Proficiency in strategic and operational planning, end-to-end execution ownership and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, particularly in complex stakeholder environments.
