Lending Product Manager Assistant


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lending Product Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Senior Manager in leading and driving the management of our existing mortgage and financing products.

You will be responsible for putting customer needs at the heart of our products and delivering target returns to shareholders through risk-based pricing and product management.

The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across the Group and Third parties to design and implement capabilities in relation to current and new mortgage products/offers/services and the end-to-end digital mortgage.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting the Senior Manager with enhancements and reviews of existing products
  • Developing new product offerings and channels, including digital and commercial lending
  • Reviewing current policy settings and recommending changes to ensure alignment with the lending CVP
  • Introducing new adjacencies that support the lending CVP, either from within or via partnerships
  • Supporting compliance programs and other projects
  • Collaborating with distribution and external parties to optimize products and services
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services/Banking
  • Understanding of lending credit policy across industry
  • Business report writing skills
  • Mortgage Product Management experience in a Bank, ADI, or specialist banking service provider
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas and concepts clearly, effectively, and with meaning, to a variety of audiences
