">About the Role
">You will work closely with Relationship Managers across Commercial and SME, bringing your lending smarts and people-first mindset to every deal. You will be responsible for making the process smooth, clear, and genuinely helpful for customers.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Be the customer advocate, providing clear and calm support throughout the lending journey.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to get deals done efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management are met.
- Stay up-to-date with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
