Product Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization as a Product Manager. You will be responsible for owning the performance of a digital lending product, offering consumers both an interest-free credit card and a separate line of credit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and Culture – Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Oversight – Shape and execute business and operational strategies aligned with long-term growth objectives.
  • Product Design and Development – Lead product enhancements and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Operational Excellence – Build data-driven reporting frameworks and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of consumer lending products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 5 years' experience within the lending or receivables management industries.
