Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our lending portfolio and drive innovation, performance, and customer value.

This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute initiatives to elevate our lending portfolio and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful products that meet financial goals and market demands.
  • Analyze data and track key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion efficiency and quality across lending operations and ensure seamless product delivery and operational cohesion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within banking or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of lending and deposit product frameworks, performance metrics, and risk management.
  • Proven success working with Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Tech to deliver impactful products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
