Job Title: Credit Strategy Automation ManagerAbout the Role

The Business Credit Risk Strategy Centre of Excellence is accountable for creating and implementing automated credit strategies that deliver exceptional lending experiences for customers within risk tolerance levels.

We develop and deploy credit strategies to support the automation of business lending, in-life processes and arrears management through effective data analysis, strategic risk management practices and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated credit strategies to ensure optimal risk-reward outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement credit strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in credit strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics or computer science.
  • Proven experience in credit risk management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
