Job Summary

We are searching for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager in Medical Specialties to join our team and develop and implement commercial strategies and programs that will ultimately increase value to our patients. The successful candidate will lead and manage the annual commercial planning cycle, including execution analysis and sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion and pursue meaningful high-value customer experience
  • Develop deep market and customer insights and programs to exceed strategic and performance brand objectives
  • Responsible for P&L of Primary Care assigned brand(s) and meeting/exceeding commercial KPIs
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing brand management with significant decision-and P&L responsibilities
  • Demonstrated MCE marketing
  • Demonstrated leadership/influence without authority
  • Record of successful relationships and Key External Expert (KEE) management
  • Exceptional data, analytical, business prioritization, and planning skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • High comfort and agility with technologies
  • Highly curious high learning agility and orientation
