Permanent Full-time role working with a trusted global leader

Opportunity for a Brand Manager to be based in Macquarie Park, Sydney

Our Marketing team are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_

This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue of the Vaccines portfolio through the development and execution of effective brand strategies for the company vaccine portfolio and government relationships. Your role will require strength in strategy development, managing relationships, and strong communication.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biological and Medical Sciences, or equivalent knowledge experience is desirable
- Proven ability to plan and manage innovative/vaccine brands
- Key facilitator of strategic and operational decisions relating to therapeutic areas &/or multiple brands
- Proven ability to develop and communicate therapeutic area strategy based on integrated knowledge of cross-functional teams
- Strong financial knowledge to lead therapeutic area portfolio management
- Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to synthesize information from the internal and external environment to lead therapeutic area strategy
- Strong coaching and leadership skills applicable in a sales and marketing context
- Validated experience and knowledge of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providers
- Excellent downwards communication skills to attract, lead and motivate stakeholders and align them with global strategy and vision
- Excellent upwards communication skills to drive program excellence and engaging cross functional partners
- >3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive knowledge of public health, NIP program and vaccines (desirable)
- Experience in strategic thinking and launch strategy
- Business Acumen
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to deal with decision making processes in complex organizations and generate collaboration and followership
- Entrepreneurial and proactive management skills and a "can do attitude” to manage a critical portfolio and stakeholder relationships
- High level of personal maturity and natural authority
