Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Associate to join our Insurance Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in providing administrative assistance support to the National Manager - MIS, Insolvency and Turnaround.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and a Tier 1 or 2 qualification. You will be responsible for coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals, maintaining data entry and follow-ups, and providing high-level customer service to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
  • Maintaining data entry and follow-ups
  • Providing high-level customer service to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key partners
  • Assisting in overall account management and debtor management
  • Seeking opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies and work with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure processes and information is accurately prepared
  • Gathering relevant client information and monitoring key issues to provide assistance to brokers
Requirements
  • Tier 1 or 2 qualification
  • Strong computer literacy and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (namely Microsoft Excel)
