Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking an ambitious and skilled Lead Educator to join our team in Cairns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS), with the ability to guide and mentor other educators in the learning environment.

This role offers fantastic hourly rates and work-life balance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development through our Busy Bees training platform. You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Program and Global Talent Exchange Program.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. If you have experience in designing, implementing, and assessing educational programs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children
  • Guide and mentor other educators in the learning environment
  • Maintain high-quality practices and outcomes for children
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher qualification)
  • Current and valid BlueCard
  • First Aid & CPR certificate
