About the Role

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or a higher qualification or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA). *If you are still studying you can still apply.
  • A current and valid BlueCard
  • First Aid & CPR certificate (including training in asthma and anaphylaxis)
Desirable Skills and Knowledge

You will also possess:

  • Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.
  • Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs can thrive and learn.
  • Proficiency in using Storypark for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is AU$85,000 - AU$105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
