Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team at Goodstart Hyde Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to children, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children;
- Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to ensure consistent delivery of quality education;
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being;
- Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transition and continuity;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational programs and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent);
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
