Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can enjoy benefits such as:

As a Goodstart Educator, your primary role is to design and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children. You will work closely with senior educators and our educational leader to ensure our programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality educational programs
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, social, and emotional well-being
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current QLD Working with Children Check
