About the Role

This dynamic and flexible role involves creating nurturing learning environments, developing age-appropriate curricula, assessing progress, and building strong relationships with families. As we expand our team, Casual, Permanent Full time and Part time opportunities are available at this leading Childcare centre.

Key Requirements
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA)
  • A current and valid Blue card
  • A First Aid Certificate
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework required
  • Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children
  • Ability to understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting
