The Perfect Candidate
As an ideal candidate, you should possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) along with a current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate. Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and exceptional communication skills will also be beneficial. If you're passionate about creating inclusive environments and fostering child development, we encourage you to apply.
