About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Bray Park - Kensington Way. As a vital part of our team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. You'll be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development, while also ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of all children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including adhering to Goodstart's Child Safety policies and procedures
About the Centre:
Goodstart Bray Park - Kensington Way is a purpose-built centre located close to shopping centres and schools. Our centre features a huge space and undercover outdoor area ideal for all-year-round activities, as well as a focus on community events and participation for overall growth and development.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $62,000 per year, plus superannuation

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
