We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Premier Customer Success Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. They will be able to influence positive outcomes, resolve challenges efficiently, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive successful adoption and retention of Access solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by collaborating with internal departments, mitigating churn, and generating growth through customer insights and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, managing risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement through effective communication and updates.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of our business, industry trends, and the ability to translate product features into tangible results for customers.
