About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced project manager to lead critical projects, develop and refine strategies, and translate the value of customer engagement into tangible business outcomes.
- You will contribute to a dynamic and agile team approach, leading by example and evolving our ways of working alongside new technological innovations.
- You will be a key collaborator in projects focused on enhancing customer experience and retention, driving loyalty within our client base.
- Key responsibilities include accurately forecasting churn and growth performance, reducing hard churn through targeted initiatives, and driving app adoption and engagement.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in project management and the ability to work in an agile environment. You should have experience in digital marketing and technology tools such as marketing automation platforms and a Customer Data Platform like Segment.
A tertiary qualification in a business/marketing-related field is essential. You should be commercially astute, results-driven, and possess excellent time management, attention to detail, and project management skills.
