Job Title: Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager

This pivotal role is responsible for driving member engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value through innovative loyalty campaigns, personalized customer experiences, and seamless program operations.

As a key team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction while delivering commercial impact. You will also serve as the regional representative for new global loyalty initiatives, working closely with international teams to align strategies and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loyalty Strategy & Program Management
  • Develop, manage, and execute loyalty programs across the region in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Oversee program structure, member benefits, tier progression, and customer engagement tactics to drive member retention and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of loyalty initiatives, campaigns, and programs to align with business goals and drive incremental sales from loyalty members.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and customer engagement teams to deliver personalized communications and offers.
  • Leverage customer insights and data analytics to optimize loyalty engagement strategies and enhance the guest journey.
  • Deliver qualified leads and sales to achieve efficient conversion results from digital and direct marketing.
  • Track and analyze loyalty program performance, campaign effectiveness, and member behaviors for senior executives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of work experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, marketing strategy, or product development, with a preference for loyalty marketing program strategies and tactics.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, set strategic goals, and motivate teams to perform.
  • Strong competency, knowledge, and skills in enterprise CRM systems, reporting platforms, and relevant industry training.
