Young People Support Specialist

Our organization is committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people in residential settings. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team.
This role involves providing direct care and supervision to young people, developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to their unique needs. You will assist with daily activities, promote self-care, education, and recreational activities, while maintaining a safe and positive living environment.
As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for building trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance. Accurate record-keeping and documentation are essential aspects of this role.

- Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.
- Experience working with young people/children and other support work-related fields
