A Key Player in Transforming Young Lives

About the Role:

This position is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who are struggling with alcohol and other drug use. As a Youth Case Manager, you will be working closely with clients to develop comprehensive case management plans that address their unique needs and goals.

You will have the chance to work in a supportive team environment where collaboration and communication are highly valued. The Salvation Army has a strong commitment to providing holistic care to those in need, and this role is a key part of that effort.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work or a related field, as well as experience working with young people and families. A valid driver's license and current Working with Children Check are also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive case management support to young people and their families
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Requirements:
