Job Role Overview

The Wellbeing & Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional resident experience by conceptualizing and delivering a range of social, educational, and wellness-based activities for our student community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging, high-quality events and programs that cater to resident interests and needs.
  • Foster partnerships with local businesses and vendors to drive community engagement and deliver added value to the living experience.
  • Oversee event logistics, including planning, budgeting, bookings, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align events with marketing and leasing objectives.
  • Capture event content and share across marketing channels in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor and report on event performance, resident feedback, and outcomes in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory, and applicants must be eligible for a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours and weekends, is essential for supporting event delivery.
