Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our community team as a Community Engagement Coordinator. This role is pivotal in delivering a premium lifestyle experience by planning and executing engaging resident programs, services, and events.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills across all channels, and the flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and service requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate package deliveries, guest suite bookings, and elevator access.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards in common areas; liaise with maintenance as needed.
  • Work closely with the community team to organize resident events, activities, and community engagement programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of local services, amenities, and vendors for resident convenience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, leasing activities, and database management.
  • Resolve resident concerns promptly to drive satisfaction and retention.
About You:

You must be a friendly, service-oriented individual with proven experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality or real estate. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, is essential.

  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be eligible to obtain a satisfactory National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
